How we started
After graduating from École Polytechnique in 2006, Armand Thiberge moved to India and began his career in web project management on a mission to give small and medium-sized businesses access to the same marketing tools used by big brands.
In 2012, Armand founded Mailin, a company born to do just that. After a few adjustments to the platform’s name and functionalities,
Sendinblue became the all-in-one digital marketing platform it is today — supporting over 300,000 users worldwide, available in six languages, and sending more than 140 million emails everyday.
Today, our mission is to empower all businesses with the tools they need to build stronger customer relationships and grow thanks to meaningful interactions.
How we’ve grown
Sendinblue opens its first offices in Noida, India and Paris, France.
The first in North America, our Seattle office opens its doors.
Sendinblue secures $35 million in Series A fundraising to fuel growth internationally and further develop our product.
We acquire Newsletter2Go, the German leader in email marketing. We also become part of the Next40, the 40 most promising French companies likely to become tech leaders.
Sendinblue raises $160 million in Series B funding to bolster our growth in North America and reinforce our position as a leading SaaS marketing solution for SMBs. In September of the same year, our Toronto office opens, and we acquire MailClark.
Sendinblue announces the acquisition of three ecommerce marketing companies: Chatra, Metrilo and PushOwl.
Sendinblue finalizes the acquisition of Meetfox and Yodel.
